Shipping & Returns

Returns and Exchanges are available for Store credit only.

Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 10 days of the date of purchase with receipt and original tags attached. No returns on sale merchandise, jewelry, bags, swimsuits, or holiday items.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place.

West Magnolia Lane is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.
